minors - two sub-leagues w different divisional alignments

Would it be possible to have a minor league setup to where Subleague A has four four-team divisions and Subleague B has two four-team divisions. No interleague play between the two subleagues. *IF* it's do-able, then:

1) Will the auto-scheduler be able to come up with a viable schedule?

2) What about the playoffs? A likely scenario - given the setup described above - would be that Subleague A would have two rounds of playoffs, whereas Subleague B would only have one round. Then, of course, the championship series would take place between the two leagues. But, *IF* this were configurable within the game, how would Subleague B's playoff games be spread out while Subleague A is working in one more playoff round?

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

1) Yes.
2) You'll have to have 8 teams.

You won't be able to do that. You'll have to have eight teams total in the playoffs, four per subleague. But you can then use the customizable playoffs option to set up the playoffs and playoff qualifiers for each subleague separately. That is, for one subleague you'd have the four division winners qualifying and for the other subleague two division winners and two wild card teams qualifying (or, alternatively, the top two teams in each division).
