16 Team Schedule Request

My league is set up to have 2 Leagues with 1 division in each (8 teams a side).

I am looking for a schedule set up like this:

2 Home and Home 3 Game Sets within your own league = 7 teams x 12 games per team = 84 Games

1 Home and Home 3 Game Set interleague vs 6 teams = 6 teams x 6 games per team = 36 games
Total of 120 Games

All-Star Game or not?

When should the season start?

To make sure you are aware, all 3-game series is simple to layout but leads to an offday every week. The modern MLB rate is about 2 offdays per 3 weeks, while this would be of course 3 offdays per 3 weeks.

If we could start on April 1st that would be great. And yes an all star game right around the midpoint of the season would be great as well.
