24-team interleague schedule needed

So I double-checked, and none of the stickied schedules are exactly what I need, so I come to consult the fine schedule-makers on this forum.

Here's my league setup (longtime 6.5 solo league)
-24 teams
-2 leagues
-2 divisions
-6 teams per division
-Unbalanced
-Interleague (Ideally, I'd like each team to play one series against six teams - and not necessarily in the same division - from the other league)
-154 games (I can go to 156 if it'd be easier/make more sense)

All-Star Game or not?

FYI - I am looking at 20 games per division opponent, 6 games per interdivision opponent, and 3 games per interleague opponent (playing 6 of 12 teams).
