HS Schedule request

Ok, maybe this is a slightly off the wall schedule request (What did you expect? It's me requesting it lol) but I'm making a large high school feeder league and would like a schedule for it.

8 divisions of 20 teams each (160 teams), each team plays 38 games, in division only. The schedule should last from February to June to allow a draft on July 1st.

Using wikipedia's lists of schools in England to get names. No other info, and not really trying to be realistic with regard to size of schools or anything.

Early February to mid-June would span about 19 weeks with each team playing 2 games a week. I remember playing on Tuesdays and Fridays in HS. Would that work for this? Want as ASG somewhere late in the season?
