College Baseball Schedule Help

Thank you in advance for this help. I was wondering if someone could create a custom schedule for a college feeder league. The west league has 9 divisions which have a total of 93 teams (10,12,10,10,11,10,10,10,10 respectively). The east league has nine divisions as well with a total of 96 teams (12,10,12,10,12,12,8,12,10 respectively). I would like the a 60 game schedule was each team plays there division rivals in a 2 2-game series home and home with the rest of the schedule filled in with single game contests. I will creat a custom playoff. There will not be an all star game. The season should start on 2/20 with leage game on fridays and saturdays with non-league games on mondays and wednesdays. Can this schedule be made? Any help would be awesome!

Frankly at least for me working with a configuration like that with so many teams and varying teams per division is not feasible. Something even like each league with 9 divisions of 10, 8 of 12, 12 of 8, etc. would be doable. My personal college league (if I ever get it going) would have 120 teams in 20 divisions of 6.

How do people create custom schedules?

Since the Stickware schedule generator I have never seen a complete utility. I have been meaning to start writing it up, but my process is mostly manual layout and juggling of games in a spreadsheet with scripting programs to handle some processing and checking.
