72 game, 24 team, two sub leagues of 12, 4 divisons of 3

Hey, I'm looking for a schedule like this:

Two Sub-leagues of 12
Each Sub-League has four divisions of 3
72 Games
Yes interleague
Yes Allstar
Unbalanced as follows:
Each team in a division plays each other 12 times
Each team plays the other teams in their league 4 times
Each team plays the other teams in the other league 1 time

I want two games a week, one on Saturday one on Wednesday.

I'm not sure if that is possible but I thought I would ask.

The only issue I would raise is in having only 2 games per week. That stretches out the regular season to almost 9 months.

How about three days a week?

Monday, Wednesday and Saturday?
