Simple 16 game schedule request

I have a 16 team, 2 subleague with 2 divisions of 4 league. I'd like to have a 162 game schedule where there is as much interleague play as possible, and tried to load one from the schedules pack I have but the ones with 72 and 64 interleague games would not load because it said the number of games per team was set to 0. Must be corrupted or something, so I'm using

Either way, I'd really like a schedule with a near even split between interleague and non games. Something like 72 or 76 would be great. As far as inter-division, maybe just a little bias towards divisional play but thats really secondary.

If anyone can come up with something, thanks in advance.
