40 game 24 team request.

Sorry tittle is wrong
2 Sub Leagues 6 divisions 4 teams each. Season starts April 1st. No all star game. All teams play each other at least once. All teams have at but no more then 2 days rest between each game. Teams in division 4 games each, teams in other divisions in same league, 2 games each. Teams in other league, 1 game each. Total 40 games. Thanks for the help.

To make sure I have this straight...

24 teams in total, with 3 divisions of 4 teams in each subleague. Exactly 1 or 2 days off between each game played, thus the season will run about 3 months or a bit longer.

I read that as exactly 2 days since at least means cannot be less and no more means cannot be greater. Right?
