Playoffs and schedule files

Can playoffs be written into a schedule file. I was reading in the OOTP manual that game types can be defined as regular season, spring training, exhibition, all star, or... wait for it... playoff games.

How do you write a schedule to automatically place teams in seeded playoff brackets? Can it be done?

Can't be done, to my knowledge.

The 'types' of games come into play on the 'Edit Schedule' page inside the game.
