80 teams 162 schedule request

I'd like a 162 game schedule for an 80 team league:
2 subleagues 4 divisions each with 10 teams
12 games against 9 other teams in division for a total of 108 games.
The other 54 games would be against totally random opponents.
Interleague play is included.
No homestands or roadtrips longer than 18 games.
All games would alternate between 2,3, and 4 game series.
Season begins first Monday on or after April 1st
Monday and Thursdays are the only off days.
I have no preference of game start times, these can be random.

Forgot one thing. I'd like an All-Star Game set for first Tuesday on or after July 9 with a Mon-Thurs break during that week.
