Something that would be useful for newbies like myself (or at least, I will be a newbie if this download ever finishes) is a simple list of the more useful utilities and add-ons, with some kind of description of what they do. From what I've seen so far, the community seems to have added quite a bit to the game, which is one of the main reasons I've decided to buy the thing.

Hi all. I've gone through this thread and updated the resource sites we have listed at http://www.400softwarestudios.com/community.shtml. Please let me know if I have missed anything or anyone.

I am in the same boat as Mal, I keep hearing and seeing all these awesome utilities. I just don't know which ones to use? what they do? Is there a utility where I could really scout/rate players?

I would appreciate some help and this ootp community is sick, there has to be someone out there that can help me out.

I personally like this site because if you click on a file, it will give you a brief description of what the files does before you download it.

Thats what my site is for, but im still adding content so it isn't a central site yet, but will be in the future.

My site, Great Escape Baseball, has a download section as well. I'll host any file that the community would like. I have the OOTP5.EXE, Lahman database version 5 and the stickware schedule generator available right now.

OK, obviously this thread has lost its value since I can't seem to find Pierre's PE1 anywhere. Heck, I can't even find PE2. It was a greta idea to start with, but this thread is really of minimal value since everything is scattered and remains so.

The OOTP mod forum is now open. In time, I'm sure most of this stuff will be posted/linked to there.
