Anyone suggest a nice round font?

I cant stand the vera.ttf text (this is the text from the SION web pages and info in the news bit) I tried replacing it with Tahoma because I love Tahoma 8 but it didnt look right. Does anyone have any suggestions (or even reasons why Tahoma didnt look right?)

From looking at the Googled Bitstream Vera pages it appears that Vera is a monospaced font, such as Courier, Lucida Console, Lucida Sans Typewriter and OCR A Extended. Since I share your preference for Tahoma I'd suggest Lucida Console, which is the font I use most often for monospaced applications.

In error on the above - Vera is not a monospaced font. But since Vera is installed on so few computers I suspect what you're seeing is the closest match to Vera.
