Rookie here, but love the game so far.

I wanted to fix the photos of a couple players from the photo pack because Jose Cruz, Sr and Gary Matthews, Sr both show their sons. I noticed this after I started my historical league. I added the photos to my photo folder with the correct names, but it didn't change the photo in the historical league that I started yesterday?

Thanks to anyone who can provide some help.

Merry Christmas!!!

So I just added on the all in one mod for the current league and I'm having an issue with some players photos like AJ Burnett showing up in the game...Any idea?

I'm trying to get RL stadiums installed into my custom game (fictional players and history, but real teams, logos, stadiums, etc). I got the park photos and 3d images packs from Padre's site and they kinda installed ok. Kinda, because after installing them, the game is convinced that the Red Sox play in Chase Field and St. Louis in US Cellular Park, and nobody else in their proper place, either.

Am I doing something wrong? How do I ensure that teams are in their proper place?

Your parks.dat file doesn't match up. You'll probably have to go through and manually assign every team to the proper stadium.

Hm. What editor is good for that? My PowerBook's TextEdit doesn't like the .dat files.

9tails - You don't need an editor, you can assign the correct ballparks in each teams ballpark page in the game...

hi padresfan,

I am trying to find a copy of CBL's 2008 roster pack using the pecota stuff. the links appear to point to your site but the file no longer seems to be there. is there any chance you could point me in the right direction of the file? I'd appreciate it so much!!

morello -

I've put the link back up on the templates page of my website. I think I took it down last year after many comments that the file was corrupt for some people. (Although it works fine for me). Good luck!!

Hey Everyone -

Just a heads up that I've added a Twitter Feed for my Mod Website, so anytime I add any files for OOTP, I'll send out a tweet. You can follow me on Twitter by clicking the link in my signature.

Just a quick question.

Do the jerseys in the 2009 MLB All in one mod have logos on them? If not where is the best place to get logo'd jerseys?

2009 All in One Mod

Hey Padresfan I just saw 2009 all in one mod and it didn't have many pictures but I'm pretty sure I'm doing something wrong/something went wrong because it says it installed of 6000 files yet I don't have most team logos or players pics for players like Mark Teixeira. Any ideas? I never had a problem with an all in one mod before.

Just FYI I did it for a Current League

Sam are you trying to use the 2009 Season Mod with OOTP9? If so, I'm not sure it'll work as some changes were made for OOTP10.

2009 All in One Mod for Current League

No, I recently got ootp10 and that is what I'm using it for. I think, though, that I used the mod in ootp9 and it worked just fine, just as a side note. But yeah I'm using 10 and it appears to be missing many key pictures, but like I said it seems more like something has gone wrong in the installation seeing as it has installed around 6700 files.

Another side not, I tried to revert back to the 2008 all in one mod and that seemed to missing similar if not the same files. This, however, could be explained by the changes made and used that would cause problems for using the 2009 mod in ootp10 like you said.

Hey Sam - Not sure what could be happening. I tested it out for a "current season" over the weekend and all logos, photos, etc were installed correctly.

2008 MLB/MiLB Logo Pack (~7 MB) Updated 07/13/08 - Added AZL Padres Logo
Credits: Icy, Oxydizer
Description: From the MLB down to Rookie Ball, a complete Logo Pack including correct color codes. These are the same logos included in the 2008 MLB All-In-One Mod.
Instructions: Just Download and Install via Add-Ons Central! This mod installs the photos into the images folder for the current league you are in when you click the install button. This avoids any issues of "overwriting" logos you may have in your OOTP9 "User Data" Folder. Note: After Installing the Logos, follow these steps to follow to get the game to recognize the logos for each team:
  • Select Game Setup from the Game Menu
  • Select the Player and Picture Options tab
  • Click the Reset all Team Logos button
  • Logos installed to: \My Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 9\saved_games\[LeagueName.lg]\news\html\images
I imported this into my OOTP10 game, but then I found out that the logo for St. Louis Cardinals isn't showing. What's the way to fix this?
