Expansion Question
I would like to change (mod) the historical expansion. For example, have the Dodgers stay in NY and the Mets actually being an expansion team in LA. Also stagger the expansions of 1969 so that all 4 teams are not added in one year.

What file(s) do I need to edit and where are they located.
