Edit League Event Dates

I need a way to edit league event dates such as the start of the preseason, the date of the winter meetings, etc. Can someone help me out?

I'd love to know how to do that as well, but I just don't think it's possible.

There's no Winter Meetings in this Game yet because it owuld show up as a Key Date then.
