Adding Nations

Is it possible for an existing game to recognize a modified nations.txt? I want to add another league, based in a new country, to an existing universe, but when I add the league I don't see the option for my new country.

I don't think so. You can re-import names and injury databases, but not nations. You have to start a new game.
