Sound Mod

This will enhance the sound for those who like to play out their games. You'll get more exciting and robust reaction from the crowd on plays.

Click on the Metro Leagues link in my sig then click on 'downloads.'

I will probably tweak this mod a little further.

Enjoy.

PS: If anyone is interested I have various 'strike three' calls that I can release soon, as well. These are fun as they cosmetically simulate different umps calling the game. You'll have to manually switch them out from game-to-game. That's what I do. Adds a little variety. Lots of fun.

Definite improvement. Thank you, DT. I wsh OOTP had a "groan" sound file. It would be appropriate for when the home team has a scoring opportunity but fails. Or when a deep fly ball off the bat of a home player is caught for an out. Would you happen to have access to that type of file, DT?

Actually, there is simular sound already in the game, pstrickert. Check out the file named 'ooh3' in the sound folder. Not exactly sure when this sound plays. But, I've heard it in-game on botched playes, etc.

My question is: I get to the FileFactory page,but what do I click on there to download your sound file,it sounds like a great addition,eager to try it out

wait for 30 seconds to elapse . . .
click on the "click here to begin download" link . . .

Nice job,I'm,enjoying it alot more than the "standard sounds"
The TRUE test is when my opponent (I'm visitor) has a very good play the increased cheering irritates me no end.I think I could play the game, using your sound mod, and not even watch, know if I'm winning or losing

Looking forward to any more additions.

Will this file work for 11? or is whats in 11 better then this mod for 10?

Yep. Works in 11. Still better, in my opinion.
