Park effects

I downloaded. the 2009 Ballpark package from Padres Fan. I have the Park Data file in the saved game/league name/import export file. All my photos are in the Ballpark file. They are all working. When I go to the team ballpark edit screen, I follow the instructions and when I hit the import ballpark data funtion under action. The file opens up, the parks data file is there, but the load option is gray'd out. The file is not open likje my ball parks file, where I can see all my parks. I can't see the data, am I supposed to be able to see it? I click on the file to highlight it, then hit import. It says imnport failed. When I try to open the file I get an error message that says it is not a supported file, or the file was sent as an e-mail attachments without being decoded. HELP pLease!!!!
