Newbie is lost (please help with mods)

Hey all

I downloaded the 2000 pack of mods, put it in the photo folder and I thought I generated the photos, but I don't see any. How do I get them to work for the players? I am in the middle of the season, so is it too late? I went to the photo part of the site and put in generate photos but it's not working.

Please, can someone provide me with the steps I need to do this?

Perhaps someone with more experience can answer better, but here is what I seem to recall. If the game has already been created (as seems to be the case in your situation), you need to copy those photos into the save game folder (xxxx.lg\photos) .

Where you have them now should work fine when you create a new game.

If I am wrong about any of this, please someone correct me.

I put them in the saved game folder but still nothing. Do I need to take them out of the individual year folders? Do I need to click on anything in the game itself? I am so lost and would love to use photos.

Any help much appreciated

take them out of the year folders and yes it will work.

The actual pictures have to go in the /news/html/images folder in your .lg folder. You can't just unzip the facepack year folders into this folder. It doesn't matter if it is mid-season.

I don't know if putting them in the photos folder works or not. It might not if the game has already created a pic for a player.
