Re-installed program and verified league. After the next Player Dev. report ran program again and again was given setup page to verify league. Also could not find the help button to click on. Ah well looks like an awsome utility, I will just have to go on with out it.
Just thinking maybe I am not doing something right. Seemed straight forward but maybe I am not doing something right so a step by step on how to get this going may be the trick.

Hey guys,

Sorry for not responding to this earlier. I saw the email notification someone posted in here, and then promptly forgot about it.

It's almost impossible to know what's wrong with some of these unless I have the league files. There are just way too many variables to check.

I'd be happy to take a look, though, if you can get the league files to me. If they're too big to email after zipping, you can try using mediafire or ftp-ing them to the OOTP public server, and I can get them from there.

But if the program works for some people and not for others, it's got to be a league-specific (or maybe machine-specific) issue. If I can run the program with the debugger while using your league files, I should be able to pinpoint the problem.

I tried to download the file and got a message stating it could not be found. I followed the link to download it. Hss it been moved?

I am talking about scouting tracker on the MediaFire site.

Well, I've found the problem, but that doesn't mean I have a solution.

This one might be better passed over to Tony. When the program tries to load your teams.dat file, it just returns nothing. I don't know if that means the teams.dat is corrupted or it can't read it or what. But the part of the program that does that comes from Tony's .dat reader plugin that I use.

I could try stepping into that and seeing what's going wrong, but it's not my code, and Tony would probably have a much easier time with it than I would.

I recommend giving him a PM with a link to this post.

I think MediaFire stops hosting the file if no one's accessed it for 30 days or something.

I don't have anywhere more permanent to host at the moment, though.

It appears that this does not work for OOTP11. It's reliant upon Tony M's .dat reader. The version I have of that doesn't work with 11, but I'm not sure if he's updated it or if he will. I've emailed him and will see.

I've not got it done for 11 yet, and not sure if I've got the inclination and time to spend decoding all the changes that have been made. Now if Markus told me the differences between 10 and 11 I could get it done in an evening...
