Random cities.txt thought

Has anyone ever tried to add English counties in the "region" section of this file? Not sure what use it would other that cosmetic, but oh well...

My solo league is confined to 8 US states and 1 Canadian province. I changed the nations.txt file to contain only these. I then was going to modify the cities.txt file to contain only the cities in these states/province and change the state reference to a county reference. I spent about 30 mins on it and realized I was only on like 'Ap'. The worst part was just looking them all up. It was going to take forever. I suppose just England might be shorter, but still.
