Any XML experts to answer questions?

I want to add sound to the PBP xml file, but I'm not sure of the proper commands to use to play a sound file from an xml file. I know this can be done as I have done it before years ago with MS flight sim, (I can't use that format as it was game specific and not generic) and I would think it would be possible with ootp10 as well. An example would be to have an announcer introduce the batter or perhaps the sound of fireworks going off after a homerun or the crowd chanting let's go Red Sox or any other team during an inning rally...just ideas. So if anyone can help me with the proper xml calls and format to use I'd really appreciate it.
