Possible to modify text allignment on in-game homepage?

First, a screenshot of my league home page. The black text is what's currently there; the red text represents the change I'm trying to make:



What I'm trying to accomplish is to move the "Home Page" text which currently overlaps the translucent owner info box down a line so it's beneath the "Planetary Extreme Baseball Alliance" text rather than alongside it. If that's not possible, my second option would be to shrink the font size.

Are either of these goals possible? If so, what file(s) do I need to edit? I see a "league_home_page.tpl" file in my \data\templates folder; is that responsible for in-game homepage formatting? What changes would I have to make to accomplish what I'm after?
