Historical Name Set

I have put together the historical US name set that I've been using for several years. I created this some time ago and it gives a more early 20th century feel, IMO, than OOTPs. Full readme included for replacement of OOTP's historical name set (#39) or you can supplement OOTP's set with mine if you like. Either way, have fun.

It has been sent to Padrefan, but I am attaching the zip file here as well.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Oh, I didn't see this when it was first posted.

I was just thinking of doing a historical fictional league over the holidays. This may cinch it. Thanks to both and to all the other mod makers.
