Fictional Quickstart available

This Quickstart is for OOTP 12.

24 MLB (Federal Baseball League - FBL) teams, AAA, AA, A, SSA, and Rookie league teams. All have logos with correct color schemes. MLB, AA, AA and A have jerseys and caps that match as well. All of the teams (other than the Rookie league which is set entirely Indiana) are set up to include only the top 300 largest cities in North America including a team from Cuba, 1 from the Dominican Republic, several from Mexico and 2 from Canada. MLB is entirely from the top 40 cities or so. AAA from the top 100 or so and so on. It's set in 2049 in early February. I simmed out 25 years, deleted all players and history and re-simmed another 13 years and deleted the history but not the players. The result is a very well balanced league with teams that suck, teams that are good, etc. You may want to fix 2 specific teams before you start playing. Texas and I believe Havana have fan interest at a 1 (you may look at the other teams as well if you want to manipulate that). I also turned off coaching because I felt like there are way too many good coaches and since OOTP 12 adds developments costs, I just imagine that development cost encompasses my coaching staff.
College and high school feeder leagues are also included but do not have any customization done.

The file weighs in even at 80 MB's even though I deleted all player pictures, old retired history (that you won't need, all old news items, etc).

As of July 17th, I started playing with Phoenix and it has been a big challenge because their budget is so small compared to some of the larger teams. I'm finding it a lot of fun. I hope you guys enjoy.

I never witnessed any of his work, but this quickstart sounds exactly what I have been looking for OOTP 12... Maybe he will see the interest and make it for 12!

Cody was part of the Beta team for 12 and was 1 of the more active people unlike myself.

If Cody ever responds, I would be glad to host the file at the new OOTPMods.com website. I have done a soft launch of the site this week, but it's live and fully functional.

Cody can simply go to OOTPMODS.COM and use the Submit button to email me a copy. I will then upload it to the templates area.

Another alternative is for him to upload it to Dropbox again and I can download it and put it on the site for greater reliability.
