Map for Fictional League

I'm five years into my current fictional league and would like to find a program where I can easily create a map to represent my world.

Does anyone know of any cheap (preferably free) ways to do this online? I'm not artistically inclined in the least and don't know how to do much in photoshop.

Anyone have any ideas?

This is free. I used it for my map.

Thanks, that looks like exactly the type of thing I need, unfortunately I forgot to mention that I'm using a Mac. Didn't see a mac download for that program.

Any other suggestions?

So does anyone know if there are apps available free online to do this on Mac or not? Or can you suggest some purchased software that could?
