All Players Not Available in Draft

I imported arod23's random debut year DB and tried to hold the initial draft. However, only 250 or so of the 450 players were available, making it so teams only had 15 or 16 players. There are a bunch of FA's, but I'd like all these players available in the initial draft.

Which year? How many draft rounds set?

Importing in 1901. The initial draft is set to 45 rounds but there's only enough players to complete 15 or so. For some reason it doesn't make about half the players available in the draft.

There are only 85 players debuting in 1901 in that database.

According to the readme, 361 players have been assigned to 1900 with another 85 set to debut in 1901, for a total of about 450 players available in 1901. According to the in game database info there are 421 players in the database, but only 247 show up as eligible for the draft.

Not a big deal, I'll try it again after the patch is released tomorrow.

Just tried this again with the patch installed, but no luck. About 150 players are not eligible for the draft and start the year as FA's.

I thought the patch was going to include the "release all players and hold a draft" feature but I can't seem to find it. Any ideas?

Same problem. I let the computer draft but the teams only picked 15 guys and all the rest of the players are free agents...I really don't want to MANUALLY sign free agents for everyone...if I can even do that. I'm bummed. I was all ready start my game.
