1871 League Totals/Modifiers
My game likes to act funny and almost never automatically changes the league totals and/or modifiers when I ask it to. It'll change player development modifiers without a problem, so it's just a weird quirk I guess. Anyways, I was wondering if someone could give me the proper totals/modifiers settings for 1871. Thanks.
