It will not. You'll have to take care of the expansion, franchise movement and so on yourself.

From what i have read and heard, i beleive the pre-season is the best time to make the changes so it doesnt
mess up your history. Otherwise you might have the expansion teams showing up as 0-0 on the standings prior to expansion |
