stadium images sizes, OTE editor

I am attemting to use eriqjaffe's mvp 2005 stadiums. My questions is what size do they need to be and where should these be placed in the data area and confirm the naming convention. they are currently in JPG format.

also the newest patch released 7/5 appeared to alter the design of the sion webcast info. I dont see a place holder for photos any longer for the players. I actually prefer the new models though.

lastly, I have been working in the OTE editor in the game broadcast fields and notice there isnt a designation for the Pitcher (i.e. [pitcher]) so you can reference him. also can we have a designation for the thirdbase and firstbase coaches. no names needed for the coaches just the ability to write them in. (i.e. "And the [TEAM.ThirdbaseCoach] waves him to third...the throw...in time!! he's out!!! what was he thinking? [Team.Player] doesnt have the wheels for that")

The stadium images go into the "ballparks" folder. The names and image format can be left alone, since you just point to the files in the in-game ballpark editor.
