downloading databases

I am brand new to ootp, but have been playing baseball simulation games for almost 20 years, with SOM, and most recently PureSim. I love the aspects of this game, and i am a nut for all the stats, i spent hours looking at all the league histories and the stats before breaking down and getting ootp 06, and have jsut begun to get started. the one question i have, and i bet it has been asked a hundred times, but where can i find all of these roster databases the community is using to fill actual historical rosters? i found the lahmen db, but the others listed, i cannot find. any help you can offer would be great. and i want to also commend all the veteran support to us newbs, it is nice to have your support.

Hey arod, I got your DB, just had a couple problems with a few players not being on the DB, e.g. Josh Barfield and Joel Zumaya, among others.

2006 was the first year these players played in the majors. The DB only includes 1883 to 2005. The 2006 stats will be updated later this year.

I do believe that someone put together a 2006 only roster set that is available for download, Rolen's may be one of them?

Check the Mod forum as well as search for Rolen and CubbyFan, I think they both have roster sets. The modsquad site I am sure has something but it may not be the most recent version.
