Still cant get scouting to work

I am playing with the Rolens roster. I have selected to use scouting in the game setup but I have no ratings for any players. Everytime I send a scout to scout the team nothing happens. Even SISA ratings dont show up. I am at about April 27th on my season and I started playing on the first day of games (not at the beginning of the year or spring training).
Please help

You should get SISA ratings, at least, by going to Game Setup > League Setup > Other Functions > Run SISA Rescout.

I can't say for certain why you're not getting ratings from team scouts, unless you're playing in Commissioner Mode and using the "Act As" drop-down menu to control teams. If that's what you're doing, you should go to Game > Add General Manager and create a new GM to control the team you want to play as.
