create new players or coaches

Is there anyway to create a new player or coach without modifing a player or coach.

There's a button on the bottom of the screen on some pages for creating a new player. Check the Player List under Manager and Free Agent near Waiver Wire pages.

There may be a similar button for coaches and scouts on the Personnel List under Manager and Available Personnel near the Waiver Wire, but I can't guarantee it.

I finally found it by using the MAL tab near the top, then going to transactions.
