New to OOTP 2006

I have a quick question. I'm new to OOTP 2006. I have just installed CubbyFan's 2007 rosters and I was curious to why the pitchers overall ratings are so much lower then non-pitchers. Is this the norm? Also, how come overall ratings are displayed 20-80 but the settings are 1-100.

Not sure about Cubby's roster set & the ratings for it...but the 20-80 was, apparently, just a design decision. Presumably to mimic real life scouting reports.

The rest of the individual ratings should be 1-100(or whatever you've selected), but you may have already discovered as much.
