How do I upload MLB seasons?

I cannot find a manual that gives information on uploading other MLB seasons into the game. Is there a manual that gives specifics. I find the game extremely hard to navigate through.

The OOTPB Manual and Game Guide Thread manual, there are topics on just about anything you'll need there.
