Umm, pretty much nothing runs on Vista. My advice (as someone who has just spent "hell on Earth" the last six weeks because of my adventures with Vista and my return this week to XP) is get back XP anyway you can run, then call in a priest to perform an exorcism on your computer just to make sure.

I've seen reports of 6 running on vista, I haven't heard of anyone trying 5 on Vista but it should work, as long as you run as an Admin on your first run. I've had no problems with vista and 2007.
This for 6 ... 6.12 nor 6.5 will open with Vista And here is one person getting 5 to work ootp5 & Vista since ootp is such a memory hog I could see problems with Vista and OOTP if you are running the bare min required to run vista with all the bells and whistles on. But as long as you run it as and Admin the first time you run it (or check run as admin) people have reported success with vista. The only people that have problems with it are the people that didn't like vista.
