Might there ba anyone interested in becomming an online historical league "team journalist"? Idea is to be a team columnist covering team of ur choice, writing articles on team, players, analysises of leagues and teams. Become the Peter Gammons of the Golden Days of Baseball starting in 1939 and featuring many of the greatest players in baseball history. Become eligible for writers wing of GDB HOF' Ideally each teanm gets their own "columnist"

Sorry if I did not make it clear that this is a historical league using Arod/Garlon db 2.1 with the Negro Leagure players added. You obviously diid not check the site and look over rosters. The db cancels WW2 and Korea so no players lose time to military service and the addition of great Negro players should make it very interesting.

I have added fan forums and owners forums and if we get some "journalists" will add press forums for them. All forums are open to read but each group can only post in their own.

It's not unheard of. Some of us enjoy both baseball and creative writing, and combining the two to add a little flavour and depth to our leagues is a fun way to spend some time.

Thaanks guys, as a 71 year old man, I swa many, most of these great players, Ted Williamss, Joe Dimaggio, Bobby Doerr, and so on, ane think there may be4 many who would like to relive a cleanr, maybe even better time for this great game of baseball. And for some the chance to write about them. We will be simming just 3 ganmmes at a time 4 times a week so we have more time to enjoy more of OOTP's options, and not just sim for numbers. I just posted a request for comedian to ask for a newspaper template type utility so we can have our own "Baseball Daily" sports pages with articles and boox scores, and he will soon finish his great one to allow us to "watch" games generated from box scores.
