I want to set up an online league, with the ability to actually play the game like everyone is on the same computer. I don't want it to be too much like a sim league where everything is done by the commish and all the rest of the league just uses a message board to run the league. I want it to be more interactive like everyone is playing the game with the same computer. Can somebody help me out? Thank you.

It can't be done. OOTP does not include a hotseat play option or any way to simulate one. It is not possible to play out games in full in an online league. Essentially, online leagues are a General Manager simulator: players create lineups, pitching staffs, promote or demote prospects, arrange trades with each other, and manage some aspects of their team's finances. They submit those changes to the Commissioner, and the actual games are simmed out on the Commissioner's computer. That is the very core of an online league and completely unalterable.
