Ok guys, Raider is right, details aren't overally important. But the short version is getting Married on Jan 20 and having a baby at the end of Feb. and My work is crazy right now. Thanks Bill Gates for the crapfest known as Vista business! I will be contacting everyone personally on Monday and progressing some stuff in to get things moving.

Check his post above, I'm guessing we'll see him again in late Jan./early Feb. and then he'll leave us again and then show up again, we'll just have to have some patience, he obviously has good reason to be busy.
