Mlb & Npb?

Are there any leagues that are simming realistic Major League Baseball and Nippon Professional Baseball? Would there be enough interest to start that sort of league?

I'm really surprised that there hasn't been an attempt to put together the mother of all leagues with owners for MLB, NPB, and some of the smaller professional leagues.

I know I would definitely enjoy being in a league like that.

That would be a pretty cool league to be in. Especially if posting and such worked as it does in the real MLB.
