Leagues with openings with no game needed.

I am looking for a league where the game is not needed. I am not able to get the payment to process at the ootp site. Keeps telling me the server is down. Been over three days now. I am an active owner looking for a league that is active.

I am as well looking for a sim and don't have the game.

UPL runs ootp 6.5 and is upgrading to ootp 8 in 2015 most likely. Currently in the 2012 season. GMs dont need the game to play.
