You need to give a little more info than this
What exactly are you doing? Please post the steps, what you are expecting to see, and what you are actually seeing. Screenshots would also be very helpful. Thanks.

I am able to view stats vs L/R both at home and away (all 4) for batters, but only vs L/R or home/away stats for pitchers (only 2 at a time).
At minor league levels, I get only 2-way splits for batters. I haven't even tried double-splits in the minors with pitchers.

Our league's commissioner says he thinks so.
It just seems strange that I can get two different levels of precision in splits at the same league level(i.e., double splits for batters at the major league level, but not for pitchers - as described in my previous post), as well as an inability to get the same double splits for batters and pitchers at the minor league levels (though I am able to get vs. L/R, and home/away -- i.e., single splits).

No, the Stats Double Split button is there for pitching stats -- it just doesn't do what it's supposed to.
Try this: Stats Scope -- Major League Level, Stats Split -- Home, then Stats Double Split -- Versus Right. If you do this for hitting stats, you get the double splits. If you do this for pitching stats, it's as if the double splits button doesn't work (single splits only, or worse -- i.e., either zeroes across the board, or the pitcher's line (unsplit) for the season.) And if I try to get double splits for either hitters or pitchers in the minors, only single splits are given (like I've described above for ML pitchers).
