Problem with the inaugural draft

Hi,

The game looks great, but when I try to do a standard 30-man inaugural draft, the majority of pitchers are not MLB ready. There is a serious lack of talent. How can I get a normal pool of players to draft from?

More info needed, where did players come from, what type of league, what are the creation modifiers, how good are your scouts, things like that
