crashing

Every time I try to simulate part of the schedule, the game crashes and I get this error message:
"ootp2006.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Any suggestions?

Is this happening for just this World or every world you try and run. Check to make sure all the schedules are right. Is it doing it for a certen team, make sure every team has enough players. It might just be a corupt world try making a diffrent one.

How can these "worlds" become corrupt? I've played before but never "ran my own world".

2006 intruduce baseball as a globle event, insteand of having just MLB you can now have baseball all around the world. Think the Kongo needs a baseball league you can do it in 2006. Normaly we call them universe but I was having a bad spelling day and couldn't get close so I went with world.
