Install on New Computer

I am trying to install the game on my new compter. I have no idea what my order number when I originally purchased the program. I have also unistalled the program from the old computer. When I tried to reload the program, it could not get throught the security screend. How can I get this installed on my new computer?

Just download it from the site, and email elicense about getting your code back.

I have the disk. I already have it installe, I just can't get the license validated. What is the e-mail for e-license?
