How do i fix this??

I have been playing a league for 4 seasons now, then today when I try to start it up....I get this message.....

Error
The loading of the database failed. It is either corrupt or a save-game from an old version.

Is there anyway to fix this...I really don't want to start again?

Unfortunately, that error means the league was somehow corrupted. Your only hope would be to restore a backup, but that assumes that you made them. I think we all have gone through this once and learned to backup our leagues.
