Saved game will no longer boot.

Need some help:

I was in the process of saving my game and my computer shut off (the battery has been going bad) during the save. Now when I try to open my game, it takes a long time to load, especially during the "loading players" screen, and as soon as it goes to 100%, the game crashes. I am running 1.0.3 on a Mac iBook G4 using OS X 10.4.8. Suggestions?

If the computer shut off while the game was saving, then the file is definitely corrupted. Your only option is to restore to a backup, assuming you have one. Otherwise you will just have to start a new league and remember to backup frequently in case something like this happens again.
