Respect for Photo Providers Grows

I've been collecting various photos for use as Staff over the last hour or two with a whole lot of staring, right-clicking, Save Picture As's, and when I thought I'd made some progress -- I'd only accumulated a bit more than 200 of them. Man! And some will still need some work or resizing.

When I consider the thousands of photos I've downloaded from so many of you kind of enough to contribute collections, now that I've taken even the smallest step toward collecting my own -- all I can say is a huge thank you to all of you that I've never said loudly enough. My respect for you has grown greater than I thought possible.

Amen. Their work is also impressive and important historical baseball research. It's amazing to be able to download pictures of any baseball player going back to the 19th century. Bravo.

This has gone alot easier with SABR research. Where we find most of the pics..... They should get all the respect... and I think I speak for all that have done pics.... its been fun looking the pics up.
