Japanese Spreadsheets
I'm sure everyone already knows about this, but just in case:
Baseball Guru - Japanese Baseball Spreadsheet.

chipa_luan,
You would have to add IDs to all the players, and convert it into the Lahman format. On the other hand you could download either of the first two databases here. Westbay-san's Pro Yakyu DB has stats from the past 10 years, while my Japanese Baseball DB has stats for most players in the NPB's history (there is also a thread here with CSV version of my database). Again, both need to be converted to a Lahman format. Hope this helps. Michael Eng |

Maybe I'm looking at the wrong DB, but I see first names. I would have loved to use this DB for my Japanese Roster set that I'm working on, but sadly it's not in Lahman format.

Well I don't see them in the 2005 spreadsheets but it looks like they are there for the 2004.
But I could be mistaken it wouldn't be the first time
