Draft Day Crash

This has happened a couple times now, each using the same quickstart template. The template has 24 teams at the ML level and 4 teirs of minors. Starting the sim in 1901 with automatic updating of league totals and creation modifiers for historical accuracy, I get a crash during the draft of ~1927 with the message: "add_line_to_txt_file - could not open target file for writing."

I went back to a save from the start of the 1927 season and changed the date of the draft. Same crash. Changed the number of rounds. Same crash.
